TATTOOS

I worked professionally as a tattoo artist for over five years at Sin on Skin in Rhode Island. An extremely busy street shop where I had the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented folks.Had to take some time off for health reasons .I've continued to tattoo on the side because I love doing it but, nowhere near the 60 plus hours a week I worked at the parlor.Collected here are a few samples of the work I've done thus far.

Aaron and Jes at Marco's Tattoo sporting two

of the silliest tattoos that I've ever done.

Gotta'love'em!!

evolution of a backpiece

i've been working on my brother Mike's back piece above for the last couple of years on and off.we started putting some portraits in the center but,the pain was more than he wanted to deal with so,it remains, unfinished.

I really enjoy the challenge of a coverup. Here's one I've been working on for a while.Another artist had come up with the design and did some preliminary work on it but, he moved away and now the project is mine.I did all the black and grey work on it and soon I'll have some color examples to show you as well. It's on my friend Ray Smith of Red Wolf Tattoos and he looks like what everyone expects a tattoo artist to look like. He's covered with a mish mash of experiments of his own doing as well as by countless others.I've been doing my damndest to make a couple of full sleeves out of it all for him.

Here's a couple that were featured in the July 08 issue of Savage Tattoo
